Here's My Story
In 2005, I certified as a life coach through JFK University Integrative Coaching Program, and I launched my business, "Fully Expressed Potential". I am grateful for my wonderful clients, and a fulfilling career working with individuals, relationships, and groups.
In 2017 I was selected to be a Chopra Center Life Coach. In this role, I supported clients of the Chopra Center to stay on track with personal goals, spiritual growth and finding their own joy and purpose. This was an exciting boost to my business!
I published my first book, "Fully Expressed Living: 50 Perspectives from Stuck to Fulfilled", and recently published "The Ultimate Enneagram Workbook", both available on Amazon.
After years of studying and working with the Enneagram, I added certification with the iEQ9 as an "Accredited Enneagram Practitioner." Since my favorite personal growth topics are spiritual development, mindfulness, creativity and communication skills in life/relationships, the Enneagram is 100% my go-to for the roadmap and the tools for these personal growth journeys.
My background includes my degree in Fine Art, a career in the printing industry as an art director and sales executive handling accounts including Patagonia, Amgen, Marketing Agencies and a variety of small businesses making an impact in the world.
My entrepreneurial drive started with painting murals and creating a portfolio of sample murals to promote my work. Soon I had a team of artists, and I painted my heart out for 15 years. Every mural starts with an illustration, and this became my favorite part of the business. I got an opportunity to illustrate a children's book for one of my clients, and quickly I established a full service company helping authors create and self-publish their own children's books.

Another passion project is my new brand, FUNeagram™ which is about teaching the Enneagram the FUN way.

My Why
I love being Stella's mom.
I'm dedicated to giving my all as a parent and role-model. I have learned where to let go and where to take leadership as a single-mom, thanks to my own personal coaching support. I am grateful to watch this amazing young woman I'm lucky enough to call my daughter as she fiercely takes charge of her life. She is a graduate in Communications and Technology Management from UC Santa Barbara and is now working in the Global Events Marketing team at Cisco, Inc. Cheers to Stella!
